Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef (or ground turkey or ground chicken)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 t basil
1/4 t marjoram
1 T prepared mustard
1/2 t parsley
1 T flour
3/4 c milk
1 recipe rolled out biscuits***

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Brown hamburger with onion, salt & pepper to taste, drain. Stir in herbs and flour until absorbed. Add milk, stir till smooth then stir in the mustard. Simmer until everything has thickened up. Make a recipe of biscuits and roll out to 1/4" thickness (the thinner, the better). Spread meat mixture over the biscuit dough and roll up the dough (like you would if you were making cinnamon rolls). Cut one inch slices and place in a greased 9x13 pan (it will look similar to cinnamon rolls). Bake until the biscuits are done. SEE PERSONAL NOTES!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The last time I made these, I used the crescent rolls. I just left them all together and pinched edges together where ever needed and used that instead of biscuit dough. A lot quicker and easier, less messy and very good! Originally, this recipe was designed to use up their left-over Sunday roast beef. You can use that in place of the hamburger, just chop up the roast.
