salmon fillets
lemon juice
black pepper to taste
fresh lemon, sliced thin

Preheat grill. Soak salmon fillets in lemon juice for 15-20 minutes. Line grill top with quick release foil, spray with cooking spray. Place salmon on grill skin side down on foil. Sprinkle with pepper and place 1-2 slices of lemon on each fillet. Close lid cook 5-6 minutes turn salmon and grill 3-4 minutes. Do not over cook or the salmon will be dry.
