1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 c. unsweetened apple juice
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 c. lime juice
32 oz. ginger ale, chilled
1 bottle (750 mL) champagne, chilled
Fruit ice ring

Directions:
Directions:
In large pitcher, combine sugar and water, stir until dissolved. Add apple juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, orange juice and lime juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, pour into punch bowl. Add fruit ice ring fruit side up. Then slowly add ginger ale and champagne.

Fruit ice ring directions: Fill ice ring 1/2 full of water and freeze, top with your choice of fruit. Add enough water to almost cover fruit. Freeze solid. Make several days ahead. Unmold by wrapping mold in hot dish cloth.
