2 c. flour seasoned with salt and pepper
2 lb. sliced pork or beef liver
3 or 4 large onions sliced (more if you like a lot of onions)
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat. Dredge liver in seasoned flour. Place in frying pan. Do not over crowd. Fry until brown, turn and fry other side until brown (not bloody inside). Drain on paper towel. Repeat until all liver is fried. Place in baking dish cover with foil set in hot oven. Put onions in same skillet you fried the liver in put a little water in pan and cover. Fry until tender. Drain off any water. Get liver out of oven. Place onions on top of liver and serve.
