6 medium green peppers
1-2 lbs. ground beef, browned
1 c. cooked white or brown rice
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 jar spaghetti sauce, reserve 1 c.
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Top and clean the seeds out of green peppers. Place upside down on plate, cover with plastic wrap. Microwave until crisp but tender. Turn upside down on paper towel to drain. Brown ground beef and drain excess grease. Add cooked rice, allspice and spaghetti sauce, heat together until bubbly. Place the reserved spaghetti sauce in bottom of baking dish. Stuff green pepper shells with beef and rice mixture and place in the baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes.
