1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup evaporated milk or milk
1/4 t. salt
4 large eggs
4 T. margarine

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Melt margarine. Combine all except eggs and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Pour batter into margarine, but do not stir. Bake for 15 minutes in a black skillet. Serve with powdered sugar!
