Dough:
2 cups hot milk
1 square butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 well beaten eggs
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
4 - 5 cups flour
Filling:
1 square butter
sugar and cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in hot milk. When warm to the touch, add sugar, and package of dry yeast. Beat in eggs and add 3 cups of flour to liquid, beating until elastic. Add additional flour to make a soft dough. Cover with a towel and let rise until double (approximately 1 hour).
Roll dough into a large rectangle. Spread l square butter over dough. Liberally sprinkle on sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut into 2 inch circles. Place in a baking dish to rise again.
When cinnamon rolls have doubled in size, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. May frost if desired.
