2 lbs. ground beef/sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 chopped celery
2-3 cup chicken broth
1 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
Chopped green pepper and parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef/sausage, onions, and celery together until cooked through. Add the broth, stuffing mix, butter, green pepper, and parsley together and blend. When mixture cools, add the eggs and blend together. Put into cooking pans and bake along with the turkey. Can be doubled for a large holiday gathering!
