1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c.Thousand Island dressing
4 oz. corned beef, chopped
1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained and chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cream cheese, Thousand Island dressing, 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese and corned beef together. Spread in glass pie plate top with sauerkraut and remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly around edge. Serve with small rye bread or rye crackers.

Instead baking in the oven, you can mix all ingredients together and put into a small crockpot until hot.
