1 cup flour
1/2 t. salt
1 cup butter
3-4 T. cold water
Filling:
1/2 lb. bacon cooked crisp
1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 t. salt
Red and black pepper
Dash of worchester
Dash of tobasco
1 medium onion
2 T. butter

Crust:
Sift flour and salt together. Cut in butter. Add water and work into a dough. Roll out on floured surface and place in pan.
Filling:
Crumble bacon in shell. Cover with grated cheese. Mix eggs, milk, and spices; then set aside. Sautee onions until transparent and add to egg mixture. Pour into pan and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400º for 35-40 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and serve with salad or fruit.
