6 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 pint half and half
1 pint milk
1 pint of bourbon
3 shots of rum
1/2 gallon ice cream
Directions:
Directions:
Beat separately yolks and whites of eggs. Add 1/2 cup sugar to yolks while beating. add 1/4 cup sugar to whites after they are beaten stiff. Mix egg whites and yolks. Stir in half and half, bourbon, and rum. Stir thoroughly. Serve very cold and add ice cream. Chill, the add 1/4 more before serving.
Yield is 5 pints.
