1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 t. soda
1/2 t. salt
1 egg
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 cup small crushed pineapple

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg. Put some dry mixture into the egg mixture. Then mix all together and fold in the fruit. Sprinkle on the topping and bake at 350º for one hour. Serve warm with whipped cream!
