1 cup butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 cups flour
1/2 t. soda
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the butter, sugar, and eggs beating until light and fluffy. Blend in the sour cream. Mix the flour, soda, and baking powder into a creamy mixture. Add the vanilla and blend well. Spoon half the mixture into a 9" tube pan that has been buttered and floured. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon, nut, sugar mixture over the batter. Spoon the remaining batter in and top with the rest of the mixture. Place in a cool oven set at
350º. Bake for 55 minutes. Cool and serve!
