This is the best banana bread by far!
2 cups of flour
1 tbs baking soda
1 tbs salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas
1/3 cup milk
1 tbs lemon juice

Directions:

preheat oven 350º
Mixing is the key to this recipe!
Sift baking soda and flour together. Begin mixing butter add 1/4 of flour mixture, then add sugar, 1/4 four mixture, eggs, 1/4 four mixture, bananas, the rest of flour mixture. Consistently mix using kitchen aid mixer. While mixing dough, combine milk and lemon juice together and let curdle and then mix with dough.
Grease bread pan with butter and add dough. Cook in oven for 1 hour.
