3 lbs. flank steak
1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. sugar
2 t. soy sauce
4 t. sesame seeds or 2 t. sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 T. green onions, finely chopped
1/2 t. salt and 1/2 t. pepper

Directions:

Cut beef in thin strips on the diagonal
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Be sure meat is well covered with sauce and let stand overnight in the refrigerator overnight.
Bring to room temperature.
When ready to broil, drain off surplus sauce.
Thread on skewers and baste while broiling.
