8-10 strips of bacon, finely cut
4 pork steaks, cubed into small pieces
1 medium onion, finely cut
1 medium green pepper, finely cut
3 stalks celery, finely cut
Worcestershire, soy sauce, salt, and accent

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice, drier than usual, and let stand.
Fry bacon until almost done, add pork and continue until almost ready.
Add onion, green pepper, and celery cooking until soft.
Add spices gradually to taste.
Add rice using low heat and mix thoroughly.
Taste and add spices to your liking.
Enjoy
