3 lb fryer or chicken breasts cut in pieces;
1/4 c. flour;
1 tsp. salt;
1 tsp. paprika;
1/4 tsp. pepper;
1/2 stick butter;
1 finely diced onion;
1/2 finely diced green pepper;
1 clove garlic;
1 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes;
1/2 c. dry Marsala.

Coat chicken with flour mixed with salt, paprika and pepper. A zip lock bag works well.
In the hot butter, brown chicken on all sides.
Remove the chicken to a heated plate,
Add onions green pepper and garlic.
Stir over low heat to get drippings;
Add tomatoes (with liquid) and wine.
Return chicken, cover and simmer 30 minutes or longer
