1 Packaged pastry mix for 1 pie crust
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 3/4 pounds fresh plums, sliced (4 to 5 cups)

Directions:
In mixing bowl, combine pastry mix and cheese. Gradually work in water specified in package direction. Form into ball. Rollout on floured board. Line 12 inch round pizza or tart pan with pastry. Crisp edges.

In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients except butter and plums. Sprinkle 1/2 of the mixture evenly over pastry. Cut butter into remaining mixture and reserve. Arrange plum slices, slightly overlapping, in single layer over pastry. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 450º for 25 to 30 minutes, until crust is golden and fruit is tender. Serve warm with ice cream.
