1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. and 2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
9 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. pureed cooked pumpkin
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Mix in melted butter, and pat into deep 9 inch pie pan. Beat together the eggs and 3/4 c. sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla and cream cheese; beat until smooth. Stir in the pumpkin, 1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Pour into pie shell and bake 350º for 40 minutes. Remove; let stand 5 minutes. Combine sour cream, 2 tsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon- and spread on top of pie. Bake at 450º for 5 minutes. Chill before serving... Enjoy!

*may substitute ginger snaps for grahams
