1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
2 T olive oil
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 14 1/2-oz can stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 8-oz pkg macaroni
1/2 lb Mozzarella, shredded
1/2 c grated Parmesan

Directions:
Brown beef, garlic and onions in olive oil. Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Cook macaroni per pkg directions. Drain. Lightly grease casserole dish. Layer macaroni, Mozzarella cheese, meat sauce and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 375º oven for 25 minutes.
