1 lb. Hamburger
1/4cup chopped onion
1/4cup chopped green pepper (optional)
1 (15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
~3cups shredded cheese
1tsp salt
1tsp chili powder
1 can Milnot (Evap. Milk)
~8 flour tortillas

Preheat oven to 350. Brown hamburger and onion. Drain grease, add sauces and seasonings - let simmer 5 min. In 9x13 pan, layer the following: Meat sauce, tortillas (will overlap), cheese; meat sauce tortillas; meat sauce cheese. Pour milk over top. Bake for ~35 min. As a personal preference, I leave out green peppers and add 1 small can green diced chilis and a clove or 2 of minced garlic. This is a huge family favorite!!
