1 box chocolate cake mix
1 C brown sugar
½ C cocoa powder
2 C water
2 C mini marshmallows

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F

In a 9x13 pan mix brown sugar and cocoa powder. Stir in water and mix until brown sugar and cocoa powder have dissolved. Scatter marshmallows over mixture.

Mix cake mix as directed on the box. Pour batter over mixture.

Bake for 45-50 min.

* When serving cake cut piece out of pan and flip over onto to plate so that the bottom is now the top. Serve with cool whip.
