2 lbs sweet Italian Sausage cut into 5 in lenghts
48 oz juar spaghetti sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
1 lge green pepper, thinly sliced
1 lge onion, thinly sliced
1 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
1TSP dried parsley
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
place sausage in skillet, cover with water and simmer 10 minutes. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients in slow cooker, add sausage. Cover, cook on low 6 hours. Serve in bus or cut sausage into bite size pieces and server over your favorite pasta noodles.
