Pat pizza crust into oiled pizza pan, leaving outside edges raised. Spread tomato sauce on crust, almost to edge. Meanwhile, saute onions and garlic in 1 TB olive oil in small pan. When vegetables are soft, add rosemary. Arrange vegetables and ham on pizza crust, then cover with cheese. Add freshly ground pepper on top of cheese and bake pizza at 400º for 20 minutes, or until cheese is slightly browned. Remove and let set for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
