Ingredients:
1 stick margarine
5 tbls flour
pepper
salt
1 cup milk (more to taste)
Ritz crackers, buttered
1 can tuna, drained
1 small can baby peas, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Make a white cream sauce. I use 1 stick of margarine and 5 tablespoons of flour. Stir until blended. Add a little pepper and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring continuously. Remove pot from burner, add in milk. Not sure how much, but start with 1 cup, stirring into flour mix. Return to burner and keep adding milk until the flour mixture is really thin. Keep stirring until it thickens. If too thick, add a bit more milk. The sauce should be thin and creamy. Then put in one can of small baby peas (drained) and one can tuna, drained. More tuna and peas can be added if you desire.
