2 - 3 large potatoes, washed and diced
1 large onion, diced,
2 TB olive oil + 2 TB butter
1 can corned beef
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in large frying skillet and add onions and potatoes. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking potatoes until fork-tender. Add butter, corned beef, salt, and lots of black pepper and cook until hash is browned.
