3 c fresh corn, cut from the cob
1 T flour
4 T butter, melted
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
1 T chopped parsley
1 c cream
2 eggs, beaten
2 oz jar chopped pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, mix the corn kernels with the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake for one hour in a water bath.
