1 lb. venison steak
8 T. soy sauce (divided)
2 T. cornstarch
few dashes of sesame oil
few dashes of pepper
8 T. vegetable oil
20 oz. bag of stir-fry vegetables
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
1/2 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice meat into bite-size strips. Mix 4 T. soy sauce, 1 T. cornstarch, pepper and sesame oil. Toss the beef strips in mixture.
2. Heat oil in frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables and cover to steam for a couple of mins. Vegetables should be tender-crisp. Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Wipe out pan and add 2 T. of oil. Add garlic and cook over high heat for about 30 seconds. Add beef strips and brown.
4. Mix beef bouillon, 4 T. soy sauce, sugar and 1 T. cornstarch. Add to pan and cook and stir until thickened. Add cooked vegetables and cook until heated through.
