1 pork shoulder roast (2-3 lbs.)
4 tsp. pepper, divided
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1/4-1/3 c. corn starch
3-4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork roast in crock pot, add pepper. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours or on high 5-6 hours or until done. Remove pork roast from crock-pot; discard cooking liquid. Shred pork with 2 forks. Return pork to crock-pot. In small sauce pan combine soup mix, remaining pepper and water; bring to boil. Combine corn starch and enough water (about 1/4 c.) in a small bowl, stir until smooth. Add gradually to boiling mixture, stirring constantly. Continue to cook until thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and pour into crock pot. Mix well, cover and cook on low for 2 hours or on high for 1 hour.
