2 sticks margarine
2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 qts. popped corn

Directions:
Directions:
Boil first 5 ingredients for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda. Pour over corn; stir to coat. Bake 45 minutes at 225º. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool on waxed paper.
