1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
1 large red bell pepper
1 c. broccoli florets
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. traditional Cajun seasoning

Melt margarine in 12 inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook vegetables, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes or until crisp and tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook 30 seconds.
