16 jumbo shells
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (24 oz.) jar of spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Italian cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to pkg. drain; rinse in cold water. Drain again. Meanwhile, in large skillet cook beef, onion, pepper, and garlic until meat is brown. Drain. In medium bowl, beat egg. Add bread crumbs, fennel, and pepper. Add the meat and 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce; mix well. Spoon mixture into shells and arrange in 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Cover with foil. Bake in 375º oven for 35-40 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
