3 c. (4 oz.) noodles
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of milk
2 cans (5 oz.) tuna in water
1 c. cheese
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package. Drain and set aside. Meanwhile in same pan melt butter, add onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour, stir in soup, milk and cheese. Carefully stir in tuna, pepper, and noodles. Turn into a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake, uncovered, in a 375º oven for 20-25 minutes.

May add 1 can of slice mushrooms (drained) and/or 1 cup frozen peas. Add to mixture when adding soup.
