8 oz. dried large bow ties (about 4 c.)
12 oz. spicy Italian sausage links
2 medium red sweet peppers cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1/2 c. vegetable or beef broth
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried crushed parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package. Drain; keep warm. Meanwhile, cut sausage into 1 inch pieces. In large skillet cook sausage and peppers over medium-high heat, until sausage is brown. Drain. Add the broth and pepper to sausage in skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour over pasta; add parsley. Stir gently to coat.
