1 lb. hamburger
1/2 sleeve of crushed Saltine crackers
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2/3 tsp. pepper
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 soup cans of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hamburger, crackers, onion, and pepper, mix well. Form into 1-2 inch balls. Brown in hot skillet. Transfer meatballs to a casserole dish and add cream of mushroom soup and milk, stir together. Bake at 350º for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until sauce thickens.

If wanting to make a meal, serve meatballs with buttered noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles well. In the same pot, melt butter (approximately 1/4 cup per package of noodles) and return noodles, stir well. Add pepper to preferred taste.
