14 oz. bag caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Heat caramels and 1/3 c. evaporated milk on low until melted. Take off stove and let cool. Mix cake mix, milk and butter until moistened. Press one half dough into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 6-7 minutes. Sprinkle dough with chocolate chips and nuts. Spread melted caramels over too. Crumble remaining dough over top of caramel sauce. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes to set caramels.
