1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. ea. salt and pepper
1 pkg. (3.8 oz.) pizza dough
3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 tsp. ea. oregano, garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º.

In 12" skillet over medium heat, cook beef, mushrooms and onions approximately 8 minutes, until beef is brown. Drain off fat. Unroll pizza dough on greased 15x10" baking dish or cookie sheet. Place ingredients in center; fill within 1-1/2" from edges. Fold edges up and fold over 1-1/2", pleating as needed. Add salt, pepper garlic salt, oregano.

Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
