3 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. margarine
5 eggs
7 c. flour
5 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine sugar and margarine. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Chill dough. Roll dough into balls 1-1 1/2 inch balls and dip into a bowl of sugar. Flatten cookie with glass dipped in sugar and bake for 8-10 minutes.
