1 lb. broad noodles, cooked
1 c. sugar
1 lb cottage cheese
1 1/3 tsp vanilla
1 c. white raisins
7 eggs
3 c. milk
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb butter
Topping: 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp sugar
Directions:

Mix all pudding ingredient together in a large bowl. Pour into casserole and refrigerate overnight, or at least 3 hours. Consistency will be loose before refrigeration but will set when chilled. When ready to bake, mix toppings ingredients (optional) in a small bowl and sprinkle over pudding. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 º for 1 1/2 hr or until golden brown on top.

This can be served as a dessert as well because it is very rich and sweet. A little goes a long way. If browning too fast, over part of time with foil. You can make ahead of time as it freezes raw very well and can bake from the freezer,
