1 TB softened butter
1 TB light corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mint extract
1 c. powdered sugar
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 4 ingredients in a bowl with fork. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until thick consistency. Reserve small amount of mixture and divide into two small balls, one very small. Dye larger small ball blue (for snowman hats, earmuffs, scarves, etc.) and the smallest orange (for carrot nose). Remaining mixture should be left white to make 2-ball snowmen. Cute as can be!
