2 lbs. round steak cut into 1 1/2-in. strips
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. onion mushroom soup mix
2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. minced fresh parsley
hot cooked egg noodles

1. In a large resealable plastic bag combine the flour, garlic powder, pepper and paprika. Add beef strips and shake to coat. Transfer to a 3-quart slow cooker.
2. Combine the soup, water and soup mix; pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hrs. or until meat is tender.
3. Stir in the mushrooms, sour cream and parsley. Cover and cook 15 mins. longer or until sauce is thickened.
4. Serve with hot noodles.
