1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
12 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 T. honey
1 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. dried basil
4 lb. bag skinless chicken tenders

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the spices and broth. Remove 12 T. for basting; cover and refrigerate. Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag and add the remaining marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs. Drain and discard marinade. Broil chicken 3-4 inches from the heat for 3 mins.; turn strips over. Baste with reserved marinade. Broil 4-5 mins. longer or until chicken juices run clear, turning occasionally.
