1 lb. sausage
2 c. milk
1/2 to 3/4 c. diced green and red peppers
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices bread cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Brown sausage and drain. Spread bread cubes in greased 11x7 baking dish; top with sausage, peppers and cheese. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and mustard until well blended; pour over cheese. Bake 30-40 mins. or until set. Let stand 5 mins. before cutting into squares. Serve hot.
