4-6 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 cube butter, melted
1 tube Ritz Crackers, crushed to almost powder
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Empty one tube Ritz Crackers into a gallon size plastic bag. Seal and use rolling pin to crush crackers to almost powder consistency. Add Parmesan cheese and salt and mix well.

Dip each breast in melted butter. Then put in cracker bag and roll to coat with cracker mixture completely. Lay each piece out on cookie sheet. Note: Chicken breasts may be cut into smaller pieces if desired.

Bake until they look toasted, 30-45 minutes.
