1 lb. box lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
48 oz. spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
2 lbs. shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large skillet, drain well. Add spaghetti sauce and reduce to simmer. Boil lasagna noodles until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Put a little sauce in bottom of 9x13 pan. Put in a layer of 5 noodles, overlapping; add layer of meat sauce, sprinkle with 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese, 1/3 of the cheddar cheese and 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layering process 2 more times. Bake at 375º for 40-45 mins. May be wrapped tightly and frozen for a month.
