1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. flour
1 TB vegetable oil
1 c. water
food coloring
Snow Dough: Add a little white tempra paint and some glitter.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients, except for food coloring, in saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until consistency of mashed potatoes. Remove to dry surface and knead. Add food coloring. Store in covered container--lasts months!
