3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2-3 Tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Raspberry vinegar
3-4 Tbsp limes (2 limes)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in 2-3 Tbsp butter for 5 minutes on low heat. Turn and do not brown. Remove chicken. Add remaining ingredients and boil for 1 minute. Pour over chicken breasts and refrigerate 1 hour or more (best overnight). Cook chicken in oven at 350 for 20 – 30 minutes or on grill until done. Cook remaining marinade and boil several minutes and serve with chicken. Great with Uncle Ben’s wild rice and mandarin orange salad (tossed salad).
