2 sticks unsalted butter
2 ¼ cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
¼ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp milk
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 375 degrees. Melt butter. Mix flour, salt, and baking soda together and set aside. Mix sugar and brown sugar together and add butter. Cream the sugar and butter together on medium speed. Add egg and yolk, 2 tbsp milk and vanilla extract until well mixed. Slowly add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Chill dough. Place on cookie sheets and bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown checking after 5 minutes. Let cool before enjoying.
