1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup wild rice
1/2 cup slivered almonds
2 tbsp. green onions, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
3 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy fry pan, melt butter; add rice, almonds, onions, mushrooms. Cook about 20 minutes. Pour into 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish.

Heat 3 cups chicken broth to boiling. Stir into rice mixture; cover.

Bake at 325º for 1-1/2 hours, stirring once or twice.
