4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. McCormick season-all (season salt)
3 c. shredded Colby/monterey jack cheese
6 pieces of bacon, fried crisp, sliced in half
1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
parsley for garnish
Honey Mustard:
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Directions:

Rub chicken with season salt and set aside to marinade for 1 hr. Prepare honey mustard by mixing all ingredients until smooth. Saute' chicken on medium heat in just enough oil to prevent sticking. Cook on both sides until a golden brown color. Remove from pan.

Place chicken breasts on cookie sheet or large oven safe dish. Spread honey mustard over chicken, cover with a layer of mushrooms, 3 slices of bacon and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 350º until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve extra honey mustard on the side.
